Snow day (and a couple other pictures)

Like a lot of the south, we got about 4 inches of snow in Jackson last week! Daycare was closed, so we all stayed home and had a snow day. As soon as Evelyn saw the snow outside, she said "I want to play in it!" So, we did!

The look on Amelia's face is priceless! I think you can click the picture to see a bigger image. This is her new surprised face.

Evelyn throwing a snowball at her daddy!

Evelyn hugging the snowman that we made.

This takes a little explanation. I was having trouble thinking of what we had on hand to make the snowman's face. I came up with what I thought was a brilliant idea - dum dum suckers! Then I turn around, and Evelyn is stealing them off of the snowman to eat them.

She was sweet, though, and also stole one for her sister.

This is Evelyn with the snowman's nose and one of his eyes...lol.

On to a few other pictures. This was me introducing the girls to the joy of popping bubble wrap! Evelyn was waiting for the pop!

And these two pictures give a little glimpse into AJ's personality. I had gotten this baby bathtub thing out for the girls to play with, and AJ kept trying to get into it. Josh and I were in the kitchen and heard her crying. We go back to find that she had figured it out...I'm guessing she climbed onto the coffee table and then into the bathtub. But then she couldn't get herself out.

That girl is determined!
