Date Night!

Josh and I had a date night last night! Between out of town trips, family in town, emergency surgeries (and recovery), etc., we haven't had much good time together recently. So, even though we've been having to pull out the credit card a little too much lately, we decided it was a worthy investment of time and money for us to have the night with just the two of us.

We went out to dinner at Biaggi's, and it was fantastic. We had the lobster crab dip for an appetizer, split a caesar salad, and enjoyed some delicious bread. I had eggplant parmesan and Josh had a steak. It was so good. Then we walked around Renaissance, which is an open air, market-type mall. We had the best time at Anthropologie, which neither of us had been to before. We got this really cool coloring/activity book for Evelyn's birthday. Then we went to Barnes and Noble and picked up some more Christmas presents, including Elf on a Shelf, which we're going to start this year as a Christmas tradition!

We finished up our date with a trip to Krispy Kreme for some donuts. Their pumpkin spice cake donuts are awesome! And of course the glazed just melt in your mouth!

It was a fantastic night!
